Today's people are not led to be independent and responsible problem solvers. From an early age they're taught to follow direction and memorize things, rather than understand them. Many social circles don't value hard work and encourage only the average and below average students to get dead end jobs where their bosses constantly tell them how to do their jobs. The result is a human whose brain has solidified without critical thinking or problem solving skills. A person who expects their boss to tell them exactly what to do and how to do their jobs. A person who expects life to be spoon fed to them. The world is full of these people.
