I live in Europe, I don't need any kind of temperature controls through the year, just a fire some days in winter. But our houses are made of brick and are better at regulating temperature than the plywood houses people like in America.

We live in the northern woods. We open the windows. We only use AC when the humidity is oppressive, like fewer than 10 times a year, and usually just during the night.

72 in the Summer, 68 in the Winter. Have cathedral ceilings (over-fucking-rated), so temperature adjustment takes a lot of juice.
