If Trump was smart, he'd pick DeSantis. He won't, however. No way he picks Tucker or Pence. MTG is loyal, but too new and inexperienced for VP.
His handlers will probably pick a deep state RINO like Sarah Huckabee Sanders or Lisa Murkowski. If they want to play the race card, they'll have him pick Tim Scott.

Experience doesn't matter. Trump won with no political job prior. I wouldn't mind seeing Kari Lake since she knows how to handle reporters. Let her be VP and handle all the questions, leave Trump as President without having to deal with the bs of reporters/propagandists

It matters a lot when you're picking a VP for the sake of appearances. Part of why Pence was assigned to Trump was to lend the latter some gravitas.

I wouldn't mind seeing Kari Lake since she knows how to handle reporters.

Lake would be a good choice to pull in the 'we need a woman VP' crowd, while also rewarding her loyalty.

Of course, all of this is being said as if the left won't do everything possible to rig the 2024 election.
