Do this instead: setup an insurance company, directly hire doctors that treat the people who pay premiums to you. Grow in size until you are covering everyone in a State. Hospitals go out of business. Buy the hospitals for pennies on the dollar. Now everyone in your state is covered and the doctors are all paid annual salaries. Repeat in another state and continue until every American is covered and gets the health care that they deserve.
Sounds like a way to make a big difference and get suicided
Just get a state regulator or politician on the payroll as an "advisor". You'll be funding elections and writing it all off in no time.
Sounds like Kaiser.

Insurance or managed health care? Managed health care leads to higher costs. Doctors should be something people pay for out of pocket, so people can shop around, and so they will see the cost of bad health habits. Insurance is only for things you expect to NOT happen, and would wipe you out financially to pay for.
