Sigmund and the Seamonsters
Great space coaster
Horrible and great
I have never heard of it, going to look now.
Not HR Puffnstuf or Lidzville??
I would have ben more likely to watch Bigfoot and Wildboy
HR PuffNStuff seemed to be a weird McDonalds world, which makes since as they were the creators of that as well...
“Favorite tv show”
No. There is only madness down that path. Get rid of your tv. Stop consuming the brain damage. Read, old books. Talk with elders. The world is a big bright beautiful place once you free yourself. It’s also incredibly dark and evil, more than you know. But knowing that is what begins the process of enlightenment.
Come on, rubber dinosaurs and pocket dimensions are not to be sneezed at.
we're talking kids man, the past. The good old days when you could watch saturday cartoons and not feel like you needed a shower afterward. I haven't owned a tv in 20 years. If I watch something I find a torrent or some free streaming site.
Land of the Lost, hands down. Not that shit one from the 90s either, I want fake-ass rubber dinosaurs.
the cheesier the better.
Amen!
Agreed
That show had be hiding behind a pillow every time they went into the tunnels and saw the Sleestak sleeping...
I vaguely remember it being on TV in the 70s, it really wasn't until the DVD sets came out that I got to remember it in all it's cheesy glory.
I just bought a DVD to take a trip down memory lane!
LOTL
Kathy Coleman was an early crush
Fair point
I met her and Wesley Eure (Will) one time. They were wonderful. Genuinely happy to meet fans and super nice.
That's awesome! I'd love to meet either or both. They did a great job and, overlooking the limited effects budget, the show had some pretty good story lines from a sci-fi perspective.
"one banana two banana three banana four..."
"the Banaba Splits Movie" was a jerk move to soil the band's image and make a horror movie out of them. The movie was horrid, I only watched a screen recap review. What a bunch of unimaginative trash. They had the option to just make a nostalgic movie-show, but instead chose to take a crap on the legacy of the band. Hanna-Barbera Productions didn't protect their property.
I have this on my media server, but haven't watched it yet - now I might not.
It's not worth your time, just look up a video recap and you'll quickly see why
Thanks, that's stuck in my head now...
