I typically drive above the speed limit when I can (traffic). Why the fuck do slow people like to get right in front of me and drive like they got ms fuckin daisy in the back of the minivan.

Or worse, you are driving with a car space in front of you in the right lane. That douche canoe in the lane to your left, that has been driving off your rear fender for 2 blocks, just has to get in front of you so he can fucking stop and turn. WTF was wrong with getting in line behind the person you are trying to pass?

This behavior is especially annoying, and road ragey tactics are annoying and petty too. I remember one time this dude followed me when I was in a work vehicle only to puss out and leave the moment I got out of the car(size) cause I properly zippered rather then let him get one car link up.

People are mostly only semi-conscious when driving.

Over years of driving they learn to automatically react to certain stimuli like how Pavlov's dogs salivated to the sound of a bell.

They subconsciously see you gaining on them in their side mirrors and unconsciously speed up because you initiated their learned response of "keeping up with traffic".

This is also why it seems like people change lanes when you do.

One early morning I took advantage of this knowledge and swerved my car indicating a right turn to the vehicle in front of me. This caused them to not only blinker, but to pull into a right turn lane for a neighborhood. They realized their mistake and merged back behind me.

They are retarded pieces of shit who are not paying attention. Then they act like they know what speed they were going when you pass. The vax has also made people more retarded. I hate looking into a car and seeing a monkey/gorilla driving it.

Niggers wearing masks that drive nissan altimas from 2007 are the scariest shit on the road, avoid them at all costs.

Bonus points if the altima has dents, window tints, expired tags, or a safety rejection sticker.

I found a trick that foils their semi conscious reaction. Before you pull out to pass them back off a bit, then floor it so that by the time you are passing them you are already at a much higher speed. They’ll still react and speed up, but you will fly right past them.

A lot of these are the same people that come up behind you quickly when you are driving at or near the speed limit, pass you at a high rate of speed, pull back over into your lane in front of you, and then slow down to about two to five miles per hour slower than you were going.

They are ass holes who have a "me first" thing going. It happens everywhere and I am told that is why some people do not use signals in some cities.

I can sense when I should signal well in advance or not. If the other driver is an asshole, signaling too far ahead will just cause them to cut you off. With assholes it's better to signal as you move so they don't have time to be an asshole. You have to be prepared to swerve if they cut you off anyway though. Always have an out.

Its always fun to watch the other drivers and think "Yeah, they are about to cut me off" then they do. Some people probably just dont think very much when ...doing anything?

Denver. You'll have space, pop your blinker on and suddenly they close the gap on you like you're trying to cut in line to a sold out movie. Even worse you're just trying to exit, then you slow and the either brake to block or the guy behind them does the same shit.

Sidenote: Tucson has too many slow drivers in the fast/passing lane

I think about 10% were just spacing out until you changed lanes and then realize they had meant to go faster than they were going. The rest I guess are little babies who feel offended when somebody passes them.

I really don't know though. I've never had the urge to do this yet it happens to me all the time when driving on the highway.

Don't worry happens to me all the time in semi. People subconsciously think it's a race and always want the lead position. But only to slow down when they are in front.

Edit: cruise control also fucks with people. It slows down when cars are in front but people use it in the wrong situations.
