Curiously I once bought colloidal gold and drank small portions for a few weeks.
Then I accidentally left it in the cold weather and it froze and when it came back all the rose coloring coagulated together, which told me I bought snake oil.
If there is a product on the market, I'd like to see it. But I've only tried and missed. As I recall I lost $80 about 5 years ago. In today's money that's like $200. Needless to say I was unhappy.
I am a believer in colloidal silver as a topical, oral, or ingestable antiseptic. (Example: I once had an eye infection that kept resurfacing and finally washed it with colloidal silver and it never came back.)
