You can get the capsules or the pure powder itself. I use the capsules since it makes it easier for dosing.
I personally do 3 months on, then 3-4 weeks off, then 3 months back on, and so on. You might also want to check out Bacopa Monnieri (Brahmi) and Curcumin as they stack really well with Shilajit.
Curcumin + Buckwheat honey can be combined then mixed into a paste. You can eat it for cancer prevention + immune strength or apply it topically for many skin problems.
