I have to type in a letter then backspace to make the drop down go away and keep my keyboard on screen.

If the subs were alphabetical scrolling would be a viable option.

That's probably a browser related issue, and the way the browser is interpreting the drop-down box immediately where it should wait for input.

Just started happening in the last week or so.

Click the drop down again and it will move it to the top so you can still scroll through it but it's out of the way.

Edit: nevermind. I see someone else already said this and it doesn't work for you.

The browser updates all the time. It's an android app, so updates happen all too often.

I have a kindle (running IOS-like apps), running the TalkType kbd app. The kbd app remains in the foreground and the POAL subcategory dropdown stays in the background, does not obscure the keyboard.

Same here. I touch a part of the screen that isn't drop down or keyboard and it allows me to go on typing.

If I do that the input loses focus and my keyboard goes away.

I agree that Poal would be greatly improved by alphabetizing the category list. Seems like a simple thing to do.

I don't get any drop down list. So working ok here

If I close it and open it again it opens the other direction

Not for me unfortunately. Clicking elsewhere on the screen to close the drop down also removes focus from the input which closes my keyboard. Opening the drop down again it just does the same.
