So I have a half brisket that my parents attempted to cook and pretty much messed it up. Too hot, and not enough time, so it got smoked decently, but isn't tender at all. I should also mention it has been frozen solid now too.

Can I wrap it and oven on low for a while to salvage it? Any other suggestions besides dog treats?

Your wasting your time throw it out and buy another The fat has already rendered out and the tissue is set even if you get it to taste good you’re going to have to chew it for days
