So I have a half brisket that my parents attempted to cook and pretty much messed it up. Too hot, and not enough time, so it got smoked decently, but isn't tender at all. I should also mention it has been frozen solid now too.

Can I wrap it and oven on low for a while to salvage it? Any other suggestions besides dog treats?

Try a pressure cooker.

I thought about that - like a corned beef style cook, but it'd be smoked brisket...

LOL yeah, I'm trying to not just toss it, but I don't know what may happen with anything I try.
