I just started working out two months ago, One of my calluses got torn off while deadlifting only 175 pounds. Do any of you lift with gloves? Lifting without them is painful each time because my skin gets pinched and its kinda bothersome since i am not even lifting that much weight.

Calluses and Blisters

Some people find these unattractive...

Yes, faggots. Women love when a man's hands are rough, scared, broken skin creases etc. Women do not want your hands to be soft and feminine, only faggots want that.

The knurling should be far more than enough. Gloves don't increase grip, grip is force applied by the hand GRIPPING the bar. Unless your gloves store tension they don't help grip. They may have a better surface for increase friction on the bar, but that isn't grip. Also the funny thing is that calluses do precisely what you use gloves for.

tldr: earn some calluses faggot.

That literally IS grip.

Anyway, we disagree on something, shocker.

Then you had to insult me because of it, shocker again.

I work hard and have lots of calluses, I started wearing gloves working out when I ripped a callus off my hand when the bar slipped. It really sucked.
