Yes, yes belt but also proper form. However when you're lifting weight you know you can lift, is your current working weight then work yourself off the belt. When you've hit your goal set + rep amount for that weight and are ready to move up weight then absolutely use a belt, but like I stated start to use it less until you don't need it.

I have to use wrist straps, and now an elbow brace. I dont like the way it makes my joints and ligiments feel when I dont use them.
You have to keep some muscle tension to hold the weights otherwise you are just putting all the tension on your joints and ligaments.
