The thought is to get an online list going and drive customers to the good restaurants and away from the bad ones.

Should this even be a thought?

You have to avoid pork beef and poultry, all are getting vaxxed. Then you have to look at the ingredients list of every product. Does it contain milk, cheese, whey, lard, eggs or byproducts from any of the animals above. Does the faculty it’s processed/produced in make other products with any of those ingredients?

Then since prions last for decades and stick to everything the, the shelves, shopping carts and cashier belts would also be contaminated along with any facilities that make other good products that contain any by products from theses animals.
