I can pretty much guarantee that 95%+ of food trucks will be using the mRNA meats. They're pretty much all hurting from what I hear direct from quite a few. Customers have massively less spending money, less people out and about along "normal" routes, etc. They're already downgrading basic ingredients because many food supply stores aren't stocking the higher quality as often (logistics hiccups), OR the prices have shot up insanely, forcing the choice of lower cost ingredients
