Sounds like a chemical imbalance.
1) filter the fluoride out of all water you drink and use to cook (if you have water fluoridation in your area) 2) buy unrefined salt and use only that, throw out all of your refined table salt and "sea salt" unless it is labeled as "unrefined" 3) start taking 200 micrograms of Selenium, 500-1000 micrograms of Iodine, along with a quarter teaspoon of unrefined salt and at least a liter of water first thing in the morning. You can get the iodine from kelp powder or iodine drops. Use only the unrefined salt to season your food the rest of the day. 4) stop eating all processed foods and anything with "refined" flour (although in Germany I think brominated flour is illegal, so you might be ok skipping this).
Do that for a few weeks and see how your brain chemistry changes. Also, get a blood test and make sure they check iodine levels and vitamin D levels in your blood.

I got a 150$~ distiller. Been drinking my own distilled water for 6 years now. Gross shit comes out of the water. Some White flake almost transparent like dried glue and gray nonsense after it’s done. Clean it out quick and fill it back up. Once in while change carbon filter thing. Cheap. And then do a real clean with vinegar scrub.
