That is very true. It was probably Taco Bell. I haven't eaten there (or anywhere else with that shit tier of food) ever since.
Modern food service is a scary thing. Between the low end produce with the most pesticides, to the garbage grade meat, to the industrial soaps that eat your mucous membranes because there is residue on all cookware and utensils. Restaurants that have plates and glasses and silverware have a solid load per meal of those due to the design and practice of the dishwasher .
Thankfully my wife cooks, real food with real ingredients. We don't need much food to feel full and happy when it is loaded with real nutrients. We don't eat out often as not many restaurants care to buy local/organic.
Well done sir, that’s how it should be. Next step is growing/raising it all yourself. A lot of work, but delicious and healthy.
