I have switched to a diet of just meat and greens with a lot of full fat greek yogurt as well. Pretty close to maintaining my ideal diet, but people keep on baking cakes and brownies and offering them to me.
Hey.. Once in a while, knock yourself out, have yourself a brownie. I know people who live on that shit or constantly have their face buried in a bag of chips. You see all these fat fucks running around, they always have something close by to feed their pie hole, especially the negros. I call it the Food Stamp Diet. Have a great day.
