It's a glory gig. They don't actually need any skills or intelligence. Most spaceships are unmanned. Robots land on other planets with no human help.
They actually do. They just are two completely different missions that are way more expensive due to be autonomous (but updatable at anytime if necessary).
Manned missions on the other hand are more oriented on getting the crew back home alive, which might require manual activation of protocols if an automated systems fail.
And knowing how niggers have low impulse control, they almost always end up chimping out in a life threatening situation. In space it’s a death sentence.
A black crew can be indestinguishable from a white one as long as shit does not hit the fan.
Sure, there are benefits in terms of reserve potential and safety, but those benefits can easily be overlooked, or even hidden purposefully.
