Spring is a good time. Time to get out in the veggie garden. I started tomato and pepper plants about 4 weeks ago, then transitioned to the ground sometime after Mother's Day if weather conditions will allow. I will plant romaine lettuce, radish and carrots in a raised bed in a couple weeks.
