A mental illness is something you're born with and naturally develops in your brain due to some inadequacy or something defective physically. That's not this - with the extreme cases of mutated instance of the sex chromosomes being ignored here because those poor souls are not who I'm speaking about - this is willful choice. There is far more than enough available information to steer clear, to right one's path, to stop but they chose to continue with full knowledge with all of this and likely far more than I could or would ever want to gain insight into.

Also I beg of you, for your sanity not mine because I won't stop correcting all of you pushing jewish subversion; but please stop using the word "gender". It has no basis in biology, sexuality or attraction. And that's what you're doing and doing ti willingly with full knowledge of what I've been telling all of you, repeatedly for years on end, you continue to choose to push jewish subversion while thinking you're redpilled, or in the know or understand the JQ when none of the above is true of the former is how you act.

I'm not conflating them, all the research I've seen and my own anecdotal evidence points to them being genetic.

As to trany shit the explosion of troons might have a relationship to the hawthorne effect but pre smartphone era trannies were in 2 camps solidly, gynophiliacs who were obsessed with having vaginas and crossdressing, and deeply insecure men who almost always had a problem with their penis, usually a deformity due to a birth defect or botched circumcision. The unifying factor is that most admitted to having a formative childhood sexual experience, the gynophiliacs typically with women and the misshapen typically with boys or men, though sometimes they were mocked by 9thers and bot molested at all. These are cases of cognitive hazzard by fixation and poor coping mechanism and those are the vectors for preventative care and mental health maintenance.

The new trannies are predominantly porn addicts which is yet again a fixation issue but also an exposure issue, this time there is no coping mechanism as porn addiction is near universal among their peers. And so the weakest mentally fall prey to predators in society and psychology pushing trans disfiguration over a real assessment and treatment plan; they push disability on instability.
