I don't agree with your characterization of poal as a dissident website, but the point is that if it becomes caught up in the Great Social/Normie Media Purge, this special community would much more easily reestablish itself elsewhere than tiktok or twitter or reddit or cnn. The entire goal of the feds 'regulating' anything is to achieve total control over who uses it. The whole purpose of the 'ban tiktok' movement is to show the people that their speech can be limited to what the government says it is.
