If you are a FFL holder and a person came in to buy a gun and it was obvious to you that the person was not the gender it was claiming to be, would you sell them the gun, if everything else was in order? Would you refuse the sale since the person is obviously mentally ill?

refuse the sale and report them to the county sheriff (if your county isn't zogbots)
