If you are a FFL holder and a person came in to buy a gun and it was obvious to you that the person was not the gender it was claiming to be, would you sell them the gun, if everything else was in order? Would you refuse the sale since the person is obviously mentally ill?

Why are you on this? Everyone should be legally required to own a gun.
