China is already kind of doing it. as soon as Crisper becomes main stream thats pretty much going to be it. We will design our babies and genetic illness with be a thing of the past.
They can legislate whatever they want but the rich will have designer babies and longer lives. Always a private island or third world shithole where facilities with no supervision can be set up.

I don't know how any of that works but I do know people will pay out the nose for the illusion of security, and that's what genetic modification is, the illusion that your offspring will survive longer and easier. Plus think about how inbred rich globalist kikes are and their abuses of laws. The future looks bleak for the mediocre and below genes.
I actually do know a little how all this works and my guess is government will mandate all genetic illness be removed and the definition of genetic illness will slowly expand over time to include things like low intelligence. Shortness and so on until we destroy ourselves with lack of genetic diversity.
