I got my opengl to browser live streamer working. Maintains the correct fps and doesn't fall behind or move ahead. Many catches though. Requires an encoding for each connected instance. Is 3 seconds lagged. No threading (good and bad. But in this case will compound on the fps drop and not take advantage of multiple cores with multiple connects). Seems that the browser will stop downloading / playing the stream if the tab is not focused, so it falls way behind if you leave the tab and come back. The rendering, encoding, and small http server all contained in the same code.
I am grateful to you for catching me up
That's actually really cool.
