Life of Brian

A lot of English humor. When it came to the US, I took my wife (born and raised in NZ). The theater was mostly quiet, a few chuckles now and them. My wife was in hysterics, nearly falling out her seat laughing. The people around us were more entertained watching her than the movie.

Tucker and Dale versus Evil

I hate it when they get depressed and throw themselves in.

i hate that it's hillbilly antiwhite humor but it does manage to somehow be hillarious w/ extremely little wokeness.

Agreed. Definitely anti-hillbilly, but the real villain is a white city boy. Ultimately the hero is the hillbilly.

I'm in the phone book! We want FRESH wine! I'm picking out a thermos for you … It has a strip and a handle and a cup built right in. I have a special purpose!

The funniest is that he's a negro.

Tried, but couldn't laugh as much as I wished I would.

I have to go with "Airplane!" Pure silliness and cornball. Nowadays, we need a little of that.

Pure corn. His "drinking problem" had me crying laughing so hard.

Naked Gun is another one in a similar humor.

I don't care for the part when he asks the kid about having seen a grown man naked...good movie otherwise

What about watching movies about gladiators?

I think the funniest movie I've ever seen was the TV edit of Pulp Fiction. You have to be familiar with the original movie for it to be funny. The TV edits of all the profanity are the funniest thing you'll ever here.

I'm waiting for this rarely seen which won't be widely available until 2024.
