Like balancing it out by taking it only once or twice a week instead of daily, or keeping another vitamin balanced so it doesn't cause a fuckery. Or any information on this stuff which could be useful.

Vitamin C will never give you a headache, it will only make you shit yourself if taken in sufficient quantities. That limit varies for individuals and whether they are healthy or sick.

I've never got head ache from vitamin C but I think it's easy to see how it could cause it since losing too much water tends to result in head aches.

Dehydration is the cause of most headaches.

Yes it will. I have experienced it. Of course that was 10,000 mg a day.

No it didn't. I've taken 1500 grams in the past year. Vitamin C is anti Inflammatory and therefore cannot be the source of your headaches.

I finished off one of these.

And multiple bottles in pill form.

Yeah i take 2 grams vit c ester-plex a day as part of my regimen, i have my two young sons on 4 grams total per day split morning and night as part of theirs. i use the Now foods brand for my vit A (5000ui), Quercetin / bromelain, NAC, Stinging Nettle extract and Relora (magnolia extract) supplements. Just finished a Now foods Inulin (FOS) for bowel enzyme health.

It did. It sucks you can't accept it. It's not a deal breaker on using vitamin C.
