Like balancing it out by taking it only once or twice a week instead of daily, or keeping another vitamin balanced so it doesn't cause a fuckery. Or any information on this stuff which could be useful.

Best absorption when taken as a suppository

Does that require help or can you do it yourself?

A team of three strong burly men is recommended to help guide the suppository on the right track.

That's an expensive product. Is there one that you can sit on?

Take zinc with it

It's a phytoestrogen. I wouldn't take it regularly, but for acute immune support.

Have you read anything that recommends a regular regimen?

And yes, the main benefit I know of is as a zinc ionophore, so it would be useless with zinc. Do you have another angle?

It is good with zinc and typically has bromelain with it. It is good with vitamin C for absorption. It has low absorption generally by itself.

The Bromelain and Quercetin are small blood thinners and prevents some clotting so keep that in mind. The vitamin C makes you pee/purge after a certain amount. A certain level with any of these can create massive head aches. Though when you get there you will then know your ceiling.

Vitamin C will never give you a headache, it will only make you shit yourself if taken in sufficient quantities. That limit varies for individuals and whether they are healthy or sick.

I've never got head ache from vitamin C but I think it's easy to see how it could cause it since losing too much water tends to result in head aches.

Dehydration is the cause of most headaches.

Yes it will. I have experienced it. Of course that was 10,000 mg a day.

No it didn't. I've taken 1500 grams in the past year. Vitamin C is anti Inflammatory and therefore cannot be the source of your headaches.

I finished off one of these.

And multiple bottles in pill form.

How long have you been taking it and have you experienced the benefits you intended on getting?

[–] 0 pt (edited )

probably a couple years now. not necessarily every week but more often than not. no illnesses to report in that time edit: i also take a multivitamin and d3/k2 every couple days

It'll give you horse cock! Be careful with the old lady.

I've been taking it for a year - daily - along with zinc. Don't know whether it's working or not. I have zero downsides and the way I figure, 'what have I got to lose.' I also take the horse paste once a month and I have had no colds or flu this winter. No downsides. Knock on wood!

Everytime I feel off like a cold is coming I take ivermectin (apple) paste immediately and Quercetin . I also take it monthly just because. I take chlorella and cilantro extract, followed with coconut charcoal for detox/chelation binding/clearance for five days in a row once a month. Never had a resp infection since. Maybe a runny nose for a day or two. My family refuses to take it and they get a cold maybe twice a year. I'm a nurse and push for homeopathic/native American herbs and plants. Zinc and Vitamin C, and D3. Not regular D. D3. Most people are so low in D3.. and it is a vital part of preventing many cancers.

Knew a guy who took it once, he died of a heroin overdose.
