This can't be a real fucking question.

Welcome to the real world.

So it isn't, because nobody with any sanity or education beyond 3rd grade would ask such a ludicrous question. Citizens can't hold trial, "court". That's what the justice system is for. It's one of the three branches and I'm not stupid enough to figure out a reason as to how you're unaware of this.

I didn't ask for an answer to your straw man position. I asked for an answer to my question. If you don't understand the distinction, well, that says everything...

Back in the real world, there is a legal process for the creation of courts. According to you the real world doesn't exist. Now, if you would like to, and can answer MY question rather than your own strawman, please feel free. If not, then please don't continue to carry on with your strawman.

Just FYI, I do know militias can in fact create courts and pass legal judgement, but only is specific military settings. Of which I do not know the details.

It isn't actually that simple. The power of the government is derived from the consent of the governed. A municipality and the court can be created by a group of land owners in an unincorporated area. This will still fall under county and state governments, but it can be done.
