Whites will be just fine. All the current societies won't. We've survived far worse, and there are actually more of us than they want you to believe. The percentages hardly matter. We excel when things get tough. The masses of browns were only ever good at reproducing like rats during times of plenty. The problems of degeneracy and miscegenation are self-correcting. Once you reproduce outside the gene pool, your descendants are forever cast out. Half-bloods aren't actually a problem. Just like Obama, it's obvious who's White and who isn't. If anything, the harder and worse things get, the better it will be. The more society gets destroyed, the higher we will rise above it.
