If so, just change your DNS. There's a bunch of filters on ISPs in my country, but all of them can be circumnavigated by changing the DNS in your OS or browser.

You could use direct download sites with jdownloader2 (I hear the windows version has ads and such so might not be the preferred way, its available as a docker image though) OR You could get a $5/month seedbox to handle the torrenting and then use filezilla or such to connect to your seedbox with SFTP and dl the stuff to your own computer. Just make sure your seedbox provider is fine with public trackers.
