It is incomprehensible to put down boars, bears, lions, and primates for making the mistake of getting too close to people, yet allow 'fellow' humans off because they are proven to be as dumb as the animals listed when they harm another human. A being does not have the title of Man if it can not be held accountable. The law means nothing if these double standard stands.
