I've noticed that after close contact with those who get frequent shots and boosters I acquire phlegm in the back of my throat for a few days following. I'm pretty sure they are shedding, and if I take antibiotics the phlegm goes away. I've never had COVID, and no one close to me has ever tested positive. Is there a window when shedders are more contagious, or is it continuous because they are boosting on a regular time frame? I can't find much online profiling the shedding process and what to expect.

I have autoimmune issues that can be triggered by things like air fresheners and other chemicals

You might be extra sensitive to the vaxxed, or they may be using some sterilization chemicals to keep their office germ/virus free per your state's covid protocols and that might trigger it? IDK, I'm not a doctor and not a woman. Could be nerves too if you were really anxious about the procedures. My palms have broken out in water blisters a couple of times in my life just from periods of severe stress and I don't have any autoimmune issues.

I was nervous the first time but not after that. Who knows what chems they are using. They have in my chart no fluoride, but I can't really ask them what else they use, not that I'd know what was doing it. They also use a lot of the 'plain' versions of stuff on me because of my autoimmune stuff. I don't go anywhere else where I would be exposed to the vaxxed for more than a few mins at a time (post office, etc). I know my hair chick is unvaxxed and I think she'd be the only other person besides my bf that I spend time around.

I asked my dental hygienist if she was vaxxed. She said she got the first shot to keep her job, but no more after that. IDK what guidelines are in your state or demands on employees at that office, but it appears not all are necessarily "fully" vaxxed. My dentist put freestanding HEPA filter systems in his office and rooms. He said they had some sort of spray disinfectant that (claims it) destroys viruses that they spray on their carpets and to wipe down the furniture.
