I just realized how stupid this is anyway. People born in 1965 are in the same group as the ones born in 1980?? 80s and 90s being in the same group is weird enough. You can specify which decade in the comments I guess, if you want to. 90s for me. I asked this to disprove the "poal is full of boomers" thing. But wow these aren't divided accurately at all. 15 year difference is too much. No one's gonna sit around with people 14 years older than them and be like yep they're my age.

I’m a genexer born in the sixties and have never hung out with younger people. I don’t think that people born close to 1980 have anything in common with me. Younger people have relied on computers to help them. We only had word processors and basic computers in college. We had to go to the library and read books to complete a term paper. I didn’t even have a computer until I was thirty.

The breakdown in the poll might not be the best representation but there is something about the rate of change increasing. People from 1960-1980 have more in common culturally than people from 2010-2015. I think it's often overlooked at how much more of a mind fuck it is growing up today or the last decade. The psyops have been rotated in and out much faster and with bigger swings.
