The crashes could be, come to think of it most are probably likely. The Ohio incident i'm not sure on, it was almost too perfect a disaster to be an accident, the entire scenario was something of a worst case situation, but the dozens of other crashes could very easily be vaccidents since many cropped up in close proximity. In that case you could 'accidentally' destroy america by simply loading toxic chemicals on trains and wait for them to derail and crash, eventually they will because drivers will be vaxecuted eventually, you could have a random genocide event all over america without needing any paperwork or direction. Just make sure toxic chemicals are on every train and eventually you will get full coverage and everyone will blame anyone else.
