It is rarely genuine criticism of anyone, when i was a noob to old voat i made a cringey post asking people not to 'haze' new members so our community could grow, got called a cocksucker and probably some other choice names but eventually got told its a litmus test and if someone cant pass it we dont want them here. I remember the glory days of voat getting invaded by subs reddit closed down, the members would act like we were going to war and would tell the new guys 'FUCK OFF FAGGOT, WE'RE FULL' I think poal has better automatic filtering systems so we dont see that stuff, the memes were amazing though, the one of the celts fighting off the niggers and the charriot pulled by negro horses was top tier, there will never be anything like it again. Wish i could find that meme.
