I think I would benefit from talking to a therapist, if they would actually listen to my feelings and emotions and not lock me up immediately for my world views.

i attend certin groups voluntarily (they pay me) and i love their open 'processing' groups. when the ye thing happened i was fucking ecstatic to be able to tell them how i felt. i opened up about how the fed is bullshit and jews run the media and anti semitism doesnt exist. all i was told was 'ill need more therapy'. we rarely talk about race but i get fucking giddy when they do. i toldthem racism doesnt exist and a few people bit, but the conversationation was steered to 'tolerance' instead of the cancer killing them that they ignore. some addicts are based as fuck even if theyre beaners. i smile ear to ear ill tell you hwat.

I dated a therapist for a little while. Really very low maintenance, but I think she was kind of emotionally dead from years of listening to criminals and people who were suicidal. She didn't talk details, but I got the impression she'd heard some really fucked up shit.

Because spewing my feels did nothing to stop them from causing suicidal tendences. I just smoke more weed. I've run the gambit from hospitalization and on and off therapies. Weed was quicker in suppression although my lungs are likely screwed. I have a heavy brownie habit. Sometimes parents just sux at parenting and beat their kids. It is what it is....now if those damned nightmares would stop...
