Ive found I drink less just drinking whiskey straight on ice. The harshness causes me to slow down my drinking. Look at being drunk as a mistake. Its one thing to have a couple drinks get a little buzz but, if you get drunk stop, switch to water. I fucked up last night and skipped dinner and drank the usual amount. Stood up from my seat and just said damnt to my self. I drank a lot of water and did some stretching before going to bed. I had a little hanger, but nothing that slowed down my morning.
