Beer and wine at 16.

Rest is 18, if any kind of liquor is in the drink its 18. (A german thing)

You have to go to a store for the hard stuff where they bug you about ID (Dutch)

Shit is run by the state and is as inefficient and retarded as you think (Nordic countires to various degrees)
