16 year olds should be the ones doing the parental supervision, not the ones requiring it

Principally I agree but legislation on such issues must consider the realities of mankind's peaks and valleys.

Mankind's zenith is sustainable intergenerational living and wealth generation, not just financial wealth mind you.

Mankind's nadir is well below single parent households with children in daycare.

The laws and their makers must reflect on this unfortunate reality.
