Indeed, the 57% North Euro is one of the highest of any European population, which accounts for the Finns appearance. However, they have even more Mongoloid admixture than Iranians. Iranians are mostly Med, and SW Asian (Aryan), and very little North Euro, which accounts for their appearance. Ratios aside, Iranians and Finns can have children, which genotypically will appear to be similar to Russians.
There is no mention of mongoloid in any of that. You are clearly misrepresenting the data.

Populations universally accepted as white European populations, such as German and British consist of a mixture of 3 regional affiliations. Some have more Med, some more North Euro, but all have the same 3 components. The presence of these 3 components, and the absence of any other, clearly defines the white race. East Asian is the primary component in Chinese (72%) and Japanese (75%). This admixture is a fourth component found in Romanian, Bulgarian, Russian, Finnish, Iranian, Tajik, and Tatar populations. It is the only determinant found that separates them from Western European "white" populations. If you classify one of these groups as white, you must classify them all as white.
Further, and illustratively, you must now come up with a new "super white" category within the "white" category which includes Germans, Danes, Italians, Greeks, Spanish, Portuguese, British, but excludes Russians and Finns.
In conclusion, it is clear that Russians, Bulgarians, Romanians, and Finns are Eurasians. The offspring of one of these and a white person will have an identifiable East Asian component that separates them from the innate Western-European, i.e. "white" category.
The offspring of a Russians, Bulgarian, Romanians, or Finn and an Iranian, Tajik, or Tatar will not be genetically identifiable as different from either parent population group. Therefore, they are the same.
