My suspicion is it doesn't get that far before being removed. The type of stuff to get massive downvotes would probably be illegal or against TOS.

Downvoting isn't rewarded here, so many are quite judicious with downvotes. I've seen something maybe -2, -3, although I'm sure there have been lower scores.

People, however, I've seen down to -1000 because they did something stupid, like downvoting everything they see.
