Pay one of the 419 scammers that try and rip you off for the Nigerian prince, or chevron lottery. Just flatout send them 50 usd or so via western union, and tell them you will send 500 if they make this plaque, register a charity, mail you paperwork etc. Following through on the major payment is optional, but the credit you get from paying up immediately, and calling them out on being a scam works
