It's not a trivia quiz or something you could culturally bias. It's nothing but cope. They start with the unquestioned assumption of equal intelligence so any thing else must be biased. The most indoctrinated might claim that testing for things like problem solving and spacial reasoning is biased, but they're pretty much admitting we're right at that point.
