This is correct. IQ is the one personal trait that correlates almost perfectly with success within the western world.

When woketards push back on anyone when you point this out, and try to claim that IQ tests are “ culturally biased”, simple say “you understand! This is why it’s inhumane and cruel to allow them to come to a western country with an average population IQ of 70 and expect them to be successful at all here!”

They keep parroting this but everyone who's actually taken an IQ test knows it's a blatant lie. IQ tests are basically a bunch of puzzles and riddles. It's not a trivia quiz or something you could culturally bias.

It's nothing but cope. They start with the unquestioned assumption of equal intelligence so any thing else must be biased. The most indoctrinated might claim that testing for things like problem solving and spacial reasoning is biased, but they're pretty much admitting we're right at that point.

Per my DIE training, they want to bring up RACE at the workplace when everyone else just wants to do the job and go home. They want to bring up RACE because it's always on their mind to be injected into every conversation because politics. They know we avoid them and their culture outside of work and they want to try to force us to be their audience during work hours for their black fragilities and racist anti-white views that have nothing to do with that analysis or that letter or that report that the job and work laws requires to be RACE-free so that there are no workplace discrimination claims. The peaceful non-discrimination workplace setting was just too much fairness for them so now they are in our face at work forcing DIE race training on us.
