Who needs spies when people willingly spy on themselves? My theory is that social media made it possible for those in power to push things to new limits. By simply observing trends in social media those in power had instant feedback on how masses of people were reacting to the psychological operation. This allowed them to push things just until the breaking point before dangling a carrot in front of our faces (stimulus check) in an attempt to regain the goyim's trust. My attempts to explain this to the majority of normies have fallen on deaf ears. Thoughts?

I don't know they used geofencing to find who was staying home and pushed them additional propaganda. It is adtech and social media tracking that does it these days.

TV is only capable of broad, generalized propaganda not the targeted specialized propaganda that comes from profiling you and feeding you specifically curaited propaganda for your type.

Even that is not nearly as effective as tricking people into thunking everyone around them is thinking a certain way by controling their social feed.
