Nice pair of Haggar slacks (khols, pennies, online) and a dress shirt - if you don't know your shirt size, some places in the mall (like dillards) may have a gent on the floor that can do measurements (neck, chest, shoulders, arms, waist). If the shirt is too much trouble, a nice plain golf shirt will suffice for business casual. Nice pair of polished shoes and you're set.
