I have a screenshot of Jordan Walker's resume (the Pfizer Director who bragged to PV that they're creating diseases so they can sell the cure). Given that he later claimed to not work for Pfizer, his resume is damning proof that he is basically a Bond villain.

Since it's a resume, it has the usual contact info people include in them.

Can I post it as is, or is this going to run afoul of the doxxing rule?

The moment it's edited, censored, modified in any way is the moment it loses 100% credibility. Phone numbers aren't "doxing", emails aren't "doxing", addresses aren't "doxing". Welcome to the firs 270 years of the US when phone books existed. But maybe AOU changed his view on this. I've posted "doxes" of politicians on poal and not a peep.
