Does anyone know much about creating an anonymous LLC inside of an anonymous Trust? Do trusts need to be created by an attorney? Which state is best to create them in? Trying to secure assets and keep the grabblers away. Any info is appreciated thanks.

Yes please get an attorney to set up your trust. DO NOT use the ‘do it yourself’ kits. Wife is a trust and estates attorney and I hear all of the horror stories. Talk to a local attorney about it. Initial consultation (usually 20-30 minutes) should answer all of your basic questions and get you started. Prepare to spend somewhere between $2,000 and $5,000 depending on how complex you want things to be.

FOR EVERYONE ELSE:

Please please please set up a trust - even if you don’t have kids. Inheritance and death laws and taxes are SO fucked up these days. Please consult an attorney about this shit as early as possible. It makes a massive difference to those left behind when you kick off.

This should be upvoted higher. Yeah you could do your own, but unless you have experience with it and know a lot more about it than the average person, you should definitely not entrust your estate to some junk paper you churned out yourself. A family/estate planning attorney is worth the cost.
